Born on March 24th (Houdini's birthday, too!) in northern New Jersey, Alexander has been performing the art of magic ever since he received a Lance Burton Magic Set for his 4th birthday. Amazed by the reactions he got from his performances, Alexander decided when he was 15 that it was time to expand his knowledge of magic and attended the prestigious Tannen's Magic Camp in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania for two summers.
While at Tannen's, Alexander learned various performance topics such as stand-up comedy from Harrison Greenbaum (finalist on NBC's Last Comic Standing and star of the hit Broadway shows, The Illusionists & The Unbelievables), parlor magic from Derek Hughes (actor and finalist on season 10 of NBC's America's Got Talent!), acting from Michael Carbonaro (host/star of TruTV's The Carbonaro Effect), and business management from Kostya Kimlat ("Fooler" on the CW's Penn & Teller: Fool Us).
Including his education from Tannen's Magic Camp, Alexander has also received additional education in sleight of hand from Bill Wisch (pictured): protege of the late Tony Slydini, a revolutionary magician who had numerous appearances on Johnny Carson and Dick Cavett's late-night talk shows.
Along with being a magician, Alexander is also a mentalist. As a mentalist, Alexander gives the illusion that he has superhero-quality powers, such as reading multiple minds at once, bending solid metal without touching it, and memorizing long strings of information in seconds. Well, at least he wants you to think it's an illusion!
